We might have Medieval Times in LA, but New York has… NINJA. Yep, Medieval Times, minus the knights in shiny armor, add some Ninja’s with karate high kicks. The interior scheme of the restaurant is designed to depict a Ninja Castle during feudal times. This includes a maze of small rooms, all outfitted with contraptions and traps, in hopes of deceiving any intruders.
Due to the maze of rooms there is no general dinning area, any table you are sat at will be secluded, some are even locked in a cell! The waiters (or should we say actors) don the role of comical Ninjas and are said to be one of the best parts of the experience.
Their expansive menu allows you to choose from a coursed selection, a la carte, or a range of sushi options. Popular dishes include Red Pond II (Oven Roasted Black Cod in Tomato Sauce) and Bonfire (Hatcho Miso basted grilled Lamb Chops with a Yuzu Butter torch, Taro & Cauliflower Gratin on the side).
